What is the vision God has given you for your ministry?
Seeing lives changed by the power of God. Around here we say "connecting people to life in Christ". That's the main thing and I like to keep the main thing the main thing.
What do you order from Starbucks?
I know it might sound girly, but I order a tall hazelnut latte and then I get it extra hot to man it up a bit. I tend to say "extra hot" alot louder than "hazelenut."
Outside of the Bible, what are your three favorite books?
Mere Christianity, Experiencing God, Tale of Three Kings
What is your favorite place on earth?
Anywhere my wife is.
What's the greatest invention in the last 50 years?
That's easy. The iPhone... although I've busted 2 of them. Brook keeps telling me to get a case but hasn't offered to buy me one yet.
If you could have any accent, what would you choose?
The man version of Simone's. We make her do all our intros and phone cuz it just makes everything sound way better.
If you could trade places with any other person for a week with whom would it be?
The guy in the back of the line at the Red Sea crossing. Can you imagine how crazy that would be?
What is your favorite part about your role?
Getting to work with the amazing group of people that God has raised up at Kingsfield. The ability to see from my vantage point the places that God is taking us.

We really like the Mid State/Central Coast area of California.

Foster’s Freeze Reese’s Blizzard.

Southern.

One of the astronauts on the International Space Station or Bill Cosby.

Variety. Serving Jesus. Living in my calling with my wife and kids.

I am breaking the rules and choosing two. One is family vacation on pretty much any glassy lake. The other is a beautiful beach with my wife and daughter.

Thanks to Al Gore we have the internet. It has competely changed the world as we know it.

It would be a toss up between William Wallace, Sean Connery & William Shatner.

Not only do I get to play in a band all the time, I get to watch people worship God through music freely and passionately.

Dear hubby of almost 28 years - Marc (who is always around helping somebody). We have 3 grown-up kids: A son, Nathan, and 2 daughters, Bethany and Melissa. Melissa and son-in-law Ryan have 2 kids, Kennedy (KK) and Declan (Deckles).
What is the vision God has given you for your ministry?
I really want the kids to understand that the most amazing & abundant life is Christ Himself living in us through His Spirit. And He is gien freely to everyone who believes. He gives us the desire and power to trust God no matter what, make wise choices and to treat others the way we want to be treated. Only the Holy Spirit can develop the virtuous character of Christ in us that makes us shining lights in a dark, confused world.
