What are Community Groups?
Our Community Groups are simply this: small groups of people doing life together. Whether a Study Group diving into Experiencing God, Crown Financial or other studies or a Life Group hanging out and discussing Sunday's message, they are an excellent way for us to dive into each other's lives and grow in the knowledge of Jesus Christ in a more personal setting. The Bible teaches us over and over again that God has brought each and every one of us into community with one another and has equipped us for a specific function within that community. That community is the church or the body of Christ.
The goal, according to the Bible, is for us to interact with each other in such a way that we are built up. Through our interaction we are to uphold one another in love. The problem today is that we can get so busy doing church that we never take the time to be the church. Here at Kingsfield it is our prayer that God would strengthen each of us as we take the time to be the church.
